- Understand and analyze the client requirements.
- Build strategy to fulfill the sourcing requirement.
- Identify suitable CVs from job portals, references and linked in.
- Sell Job opportunities to both passive and active candidates.
- Conversation with the candidates to check the potential fitment.
- Conduct and schedule interviews with follow up.
- Achieve selection rate of more than 50%.
- Communicating with company executives/ HR .
- Effectively work in Team and use automation to minimize manual work.
- To be part of innovation drive and suggest ideas to process improvement.
